USI haven't received this yet and order was placed on 10/11...I am being told by you guys it is USPS fault and nothing you can do. This is second time shipping issues have occurred with orders. I have also never been offered any kind of credit just told it was USPS fault. Way too many other online retailers to use for example delta8resellers where product is received within 5 days consistently. Improvements in shipping must be made or at least offer some kind of credit when issues occur and not completely deflect blame. Frustrated customer
