- May 2, 2024Customer Service is LackingI recently placed an order for Lavender oil, my 3rd order in the past several months. I received an email from customer service stating that the oil was out of stock. A substitute oil was sent and, because I had never taken it before, I had questions. I called the customer service number listed on the website and never got a response. I then emailed customer service. My questions were not answered and I was told that email was the only way I could communicate with customer service. I questioned that as that is not what is stated on the website and, of course, my question was never answered. I finally got information regarding the oil via a chart but it was like reading Greek, hence the reason I wanted to speak with a human being, not with an uninformed person responding to questions via email. I have requested to return the oil i received as a substitute. I will be looking for another distributor for future orders.

They may be expensive but they pack some value, I’ve tried the fruit funk one too it’s not as strong but this peppermint patty is tasty and had me slept.
