Signing Up
What is the Super Rewards program?
Super Rewards is the D8 Super Store loyalty program. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with us and for your continued support. It’s completely free to join and members earn points (Super Points) just for shopping. The more points you earn, the more rewards you could be eligible for!
Your total yearly spend also earns VIP status (Gems). Gems elevate you to higher VIP tiers, giving you access to enhanced perks such as free shipping, bonus points with every purchase, and bonus plays on our claw machine.
How do I sign up for the Super Rewards program?
Signing up is super easy! At checkout, ensure that the checkbox is selected to join the Super Rewards program. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our latest drops.
If you already have an account with us, you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program! Make sure you’re signed in when placing an order and start earning points!
If you’re not quite ready to make a purchase yet, you can create an account first. When it’s time to order, sign in and earn double points on your first order!

Earning & Redemption
How do I earn points? / How do I earn Super Points?
For starters–each member gets a reward just for joining the Super Rewards program. You’ll also earn double points on your first order! Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or show off your haul.
You earn 1 Super Point for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases. Discounts, returns, gift certificates, rewards applied to a purchase, taxes, and fees do not qualify for points. There is no limit to how many points you can earn! Just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.
How do I redeem my points? / How do I redeem my Super Points?
Redeeming your points for fantastic rewards is a breeze! From your My Account page, navigate to the Loyalty and Rewards tab. Scroll to the Available Rewards section, browse through the available rewards, and click ‘Redeem and Add to Cart’ to claim your reward.
How many Super Points do I earn for each dollar spent?
You earn 1 Super Point per $1 spent.
Members in higher VIP tiers earn Super Points at a faster rate.
With Silver Status you will earn 1 Super Point for every $1 you spend.
When you move up to Gold Status, you will be earning points 3x as fast.
Moving up to Platinum Status, you will be earning points 5x as fast.
For example, a $100 order will earn you 100 Super Points with Silver Status.
With Gold Status, you would earn 300 Super Points.
With Platinum Status, you would earn 500 Super Points.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part of being a rewards member—you’ll always have chances to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our community online.
Can I transfer my points?
No. Points are earned on purchases you’ve made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your Super Rewards Program membership can only be associated with one account. Points earned on multiple accounts will not be combined.
Can I transfer my rewards?

How do I earn points for writing a review?
Users are able to earn points for writing a review on products they purchase. A couple weeks after your order ships, we’ll automatically send out an email asking you to share your thoughts on your latest order. Follow the instructions in the email and when your review is approved, points will be automatically awarded to your account.
Are there any restrictions on earning points for writing a review?
Because our goal is to collect honest reviews to help others choose the right product for their needs, purchase is required. Reviews must meet the character limit and all reviews are subject to approval. Points are awarded to 1 review per product (including products with multiple strains).
Can I earn review points if I order different strains/sizes of a product?
Points are awarded to 1 review per product (including products with multiple strains). We wish we could but subsequent reviews won’t earn review points. This is something our computer wizards are working on. Subsequent reviews do benefit the community though so we hope you’ll share your thoughts regardless.
For example, if you purchased the Dazed THCP vape in Wedding Kush, GDP, and Gold Dawg, then left a review for all 3 strains, you’ll only earn review points for the first review, not all 3.
Returns
Can I return my order if I redeemed points for a discount?
Yes. You are covered by our Replacement Policy even if you redeemed a reward discount. We will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. Please note, discounts are spread across the item(s) returned. Any points redeemed during the original purchase will be lost.
For example, you purchased Item A ($60), Item B ($40), and redeemed a $6 off reward discount.
Your order total would be $60 +$40 – $6 = $94.
The $6 reward discount would be applied evenly across each product, taking $3.00 off each item.
If you returned item A, your total refund would be $60 – $3 = $57.
If you returned item B, your total refund would be $40 – $3 = $37.
Do returns affect my points?
Yes, if you return an item, the points, including bonus points you received for that item will be deducted from your account. Additionally, any points redeemed during the original purchase (if applicable) will be lost.
Reward Expiration
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you maintain an active account. Points will expire after 1 year of account inactivity.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 30 days from the date they are issued.
VIP Program
How can I achieve a higher VIP tier?
Tiers are open to all members and are based on the amount you spend in a year (for example, Jan 8, 2025 – Jan 8, 2026). Spend is displayed as Gems and will accrue with each purchase.
To reach:
Silver, you must spend $0
Gold, you must spend $1,000+ (earn 1,000 Gems)
Platinum, you must spend $2,500+ (earn 2,500 Gems)
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier’s perks for 1 year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
How do I know which VIP tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your account, navigate to the My Account page. Under the Loyalty and Rewards tab, your current VIP tier, Super Points balance, Gems balance, and available rewards will be displayed. Your total spend is displayed as Gems.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
How long will my VIP status last?
Your VIP tier level and benefits kick in once you qualify and last for one year. After reaching a new tier, you must requalify annually. If after this time, you haven’t earned enough points over the year to stay in your tier, you’ll move into the tier you qualify for.
For example, if your D8 Super Store spend exceeds $1,000 on January 12, 2025, you’ll receive Gold Status perks until Jan 12, 2026. If your spend exceeds $2,500 on April 20, 2025, you’ll receive Platinum Status perks until April 20, 2026.
We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time, at which point you will no longer be able to accrue points and your benefits will no longer be valid. Rewards already issued will be valid for 30 days from the date and time they are issued.
If I move up a tier level, what happens to my previous benefits?
They disappear!
Just kidding…
In all seriousness, you’ll enjoy the upgraded benefits of your new tier (such as increased Super Points earn rate) so much that you won’t care that your previous benefits were sent to the glue factory.
For example, when your VIP tier is elevated from Gold Status to Platinum Status, you’ll earn 5x points instead of the old 3x. However, if you want to stick with the lower earn rate, let us know and we’ll make it happen.
Is it possible for me to lose access to the points and benefits I’ve earned?
Benefits, including rewards, points, and gems will expire immediately if we end the Super Rewards Program, except for rewards that have already been issued which will expire 30 days from the date they are issued. We reserve the right to disqualify any person from participating, or to cancel your participation in the Super Rewards Program if we believe you are violating the Terms and Conditions, reselling products, manipulating the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing rewards privileges or otherwise acting in a way that is inconsistent with the program’s intent, or for any other reason we deem necessary in our sole discretion. If your account is cancelled or you opt out of the Super Rewards Program, you forfeit any unused rewards as well as all Super Rewards Program points that have not been redeemed.
What is VIP free shipping?
Gold and Platinum status members enjoy free shipping on one of their monthly orders. No minimum spend required!
Gold status members enjoy free standard shipping. Platinum status members enjoy free priority shipping.
VIP free shipping is awarded once every 30 days and can be found under the Your Rewards section.
Troubleshooting
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase? / I’m missing points!
If your order has not shipped, points will not appear under your Super Rewards account. Pending points may take up to 24 hours to appear after an order has shipped.
If your order has shipped, double check you were signed into your account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. To confirm you were signed in, navigate to the My Account page and click the Orders tab. If you have an order confirmation number and it’s not displayed within this tab, you checked out as a guest. In the future, make sure you log in to your account before checking out so we can apply points to your account. Unfortunately, you cannot earn points for a transaction after the time of purchase.
If you returned your purchase, please note that you will only receive points for items you purchase and do not return.
Checkout
How do I redeem my Super Points?
Navigate to the My Account page and click the Loyalty and Rewards tab. Listed under the Available Rewards banner will be all the eligible rewards you can redeem. To learn more about the product, click the product title. To redeem, click the Redeem and Add to Cart button and you will be directed to your cart with the product automatically added. Feel free to either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
Can I save my redeemed reward for later?
Yes! From your cart, simply remove the coupon code and your reward product or reward discount will be automatically saved for later use. Please note, rewards are valid for 30 days from the date and time they are issued.
