Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@d8superstore.com. In your email, provide as many details as possible, including:
- Order number
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Reason for return
If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on return shipping. Store credit and replacement items will be issued after the return has been received and processed.
We understand that life happens, but we’re here to make things right. If you receive a damaged item, if you receive the wrong item, or if your package is missing, please contact us at support@d8superstore.com for assistance, and please read the terms below before sending your email.
Please note: We will not offer replacement items 30 days after your purchase.
Damaged/Missing Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please send us photos that show the damaged or defective product. If your request is approved, we will process you a refund.
Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item(s), please email us a photo of your packing slip and the items you received. If your request is approved, you can keep the wrong item, and we will process your refund.
Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds for any orders with incorrect shipping or payment information, so please review your order information carefully. If you contact us before your order is shipped, we can adjust your shipping details.
You cannot return ingestible items, including but not limited to, tinctures, edibles, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable cannot be replaced.
