If you would like to initiate a return please contact customer support by email: [email protected]. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Please note: We will not be offering returns or refunds after 30 days of your purchase.
If you order is damaged or not working, please send us an image with a photo showing the defective or broken product. If your request is approved, we will proceed with compensating you for it.
If we have sent you the wrong item(s), you can send us an email with a photo attached to show us your packing slip and what you received. If your request is approved, you can keep the wrong item, and we’ll proceed with the necessary steps to compensate you.
If any of the above conditions apply to your order, we have several options to make things right.
- Refund your entire order/item(s)
- Add the equivalent amount of your order/item(s) in rewards points to your account
- Send you a replacement with USPS First Class shipping at no extra cost

We will not be offering compensation for any orders in which you have incorrectly inputted your address or payment information. It is your responsibility to double-check your information. However, if you email us before your order is shipped, we can make changes for you.
You may not return ingestible items. This includes, but is not limited to, tinctures, edibles, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable cannot be refunded.
