The gummies were small but they packed a punch these hit me about 1 1/2 hours after taking them they taste great for the first 10 seconds they do have a slightly bitter after taste but it was more tolerable than expected these had me feeling great and surprisingly I could still go up and down stairs and navigate my way around 9/10 would recommend.
