These are fairly firm gummies to chew up. The flavor was better than many gummies I've tried, but I didn't really feel like they had much effect on me. I have found others that are more effective for me. I use them primarily to help chronic insomnia, and they were not very effective for me.

Bought these looking to try some heavy hitting thca edibles, but after getting these they only have 5mg of thca in the whole bottle. The rest is D8. Not a problem if you’re a fan of that cannabinoid. Have to give it credit though because they had good flavor.
