These things smacked me after about 45 minutes, and I would recommend taking 3-5 if you want to get messed up.

However, the bag they have started to come in makes the gummies melt together pretty easily into a giant sticky mess. I recommend putting them in the fridge to keep them from melting or maybe go with a different blend that has different packaging.
